FAQs

Do you offer online coaching or only face to face sessions?

Yes! I work with women both in person in Pimpama, a suburb close to Coomera in South East Queensland, as well as through online coaching for those who prefer flexibility. My programs are designed to fit around busy schedules and still give you the accountability and support you need to see results.

I’m a busy shift worker and never know when I’ll have time. Can your coaching fit into my life?

Absolutely. Many of my baddies are support workers, mums and shift workers who struggle with consistency. I create flexible fitness and nutrition plans that work around your changing schedule so you don’t have to give up social events or family time to stay on track.

I feel overwhelmed by nutrition - will you make tracking easier for me?

Yes. Part of my coaching is helping you remove the confusion around food, calories and tracking. I’ll show you simple strategies like building easy meals, making a shopping list and learning how to enjoy food without guilt. It’s not about restriction - it’s about balance and confidence.

Do you help beginners who don’t know where to start?

Definitely. If you’re a beginner who feels lost in the gym or unsure how to start eating better, I’ll guide you step by step. My simple training plans and clear education give you the confidence to train effectively, without wasting time trying to figure it out on your own.

I struggle with motivation and mindset. Will this program help me stay consistent?

Yes. Fitness isn’t just about the workouts - it’s also about your mindset and habits. I’ll help you overcome the “all or nothing” approach, shift your mindset and create a routine that feels achievable even when life gets busy. You’ll learn how to be consistent without being perfect.

Do you offer support for pre and post-natal women, or women who are pregnant?

Yes. I provide safe and tailored coaching for pre-natal and post-natal women. Whether you’re training through pregnancy, rebuilding strength after birth or just wanting to feel good in your body again, I’ll create a plan that prioritises your safety and recovery while still getting results.

I’m time-poor- will I need long, complicated workouts to see results?

Not at all. My coaching is designed for time poor, busy women who can’t spend hours in the gym. I focus on short, effective training sessions that deliver maximum results with minimal time, so you can get stronger, fitter and healthier without it taking over your life.

What makes your coaching different from other fitness programs in South East Queensland?

Most programs don’t consider your lifestyle. My coaching is different because it’s personalised to you - your schedule, your preferences, your goals. Whether you’re a shift worker, beginner or just need more of a push, I’ll give you a plan that’s flexible, sustainable, and easy to follow long term. That includes attending social events, eating chocolate or having a drink or two. The best program is one that considers the things you enjoy and works to incorporate them, not restrict.
