    Sessions are designed to support your recovery and help you regain strength at your own pace. With a personalised program, you'll focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and meeting your fitness goals. Whether you bring your baby along or come solo, each session is flexible to suit your needs and lifestyle.

    Creche and toys provided or bubs can join in!

Want to go out drinking on the weekend? Great, let’s discuss how to navigate that so you can still reach your goals. Because I get it, life should be lived. You’re not just following a plan, you’re learning what works for you. We focus on progress, not perfection.

  • Nope. Some clients love tracking, some don’t. I’ll help you build awareness around food, hunger cues, and smart choices - whether that includes tracking or not. The goal is confidence and freedom, not obsession. Tracking does allow for quicker results with more accurate data - and that’s how we treat it. It’s just information.

  • 100%! I’ll meet you where you’re at - whether you’re brand new to training or coming back after a break. I’ll teach you what to do, how to do it, and why it works, so you feel empowered each step of the way.

  • Nope! I coach women training at home, in the gym, or a bit of both. Your program is built around you - your equipment, time, goals, and what keeps you consistent.

  • You get a fully personalised training program (gym or home-based), nutrition guidance that’s realistic (no cutting carbs here), mindset support, progress tracking, and direct access to me via check-ins and messaging. It's like having a PT, coach, cheerleader, and myth-buster in your back pocket.

  • Yes - there’s a 12-week minimum commitment.
    That’s because real results take time, and so does building the habits that get you there. This gives you the chance to properly settle into your routine, see progress, and actually give it a fair shot. After that, you can choose to continue month-to-month and cancel in line with our notice policy.
